1) What level do you put yourself at for the Tupapa Trail walk and why?
Relational
- I put my self at relational because I think I tried my best on the walk.
- I think I should be at relational because I Participated in all the activities and tried my best at them.
2) How does this enhance one aspect of your well-being/Hauora?
This helped me with my fitness. I got into nature a bit more and overall I was just doing something different
3) What could you do to improve next time? Give two things to work on.
I think next time I could interact with some people with I usually don't talk to.
